The product, not a recording

This is the agent. Try to catch it out.

It is the same product a seller would put on their own store, pointed at Tora Labs' information instead of a catalog. Bring a real question about your business — that is the only test worth running.

Try: “We have 300 SKUs on Shopify. Would this pay for itself?”

EngageIt opens, discloses it is an AI, and asks what you need
IntentSorts the message into one of seven paths and follows it
AnswerFrom approved material only — and it says when it has none
RecommendTwo or three options with reasons, not a catalog dump
EscalateSafety questions and anything it cannot answer go to a person

What it will not do It will not invent a store reference, a case study, a certification or a platform connector that does not exist, it will not guess a specification, and it will not quote a price outside the published planning range. Describe a burning smell or a spark and it will stop selling and get a person rather than diagnose it. Ask for a human and it takes your email. If it does any of that wrong, that is worth telling us — it is why the product is still in testing.

Hiulix AI agent · replies instantly

Hi — I'm Hiulix. I'm an AI assistant, not a person, and I'm doing on this site roughly what I'd do on your store's.

Tell me what you sell and I'll show you rather than explain. Or pick one below.
