Pricing

A monthly plan, and an allowance you can see.

Every plan includes a number of conversations. Go past it and the extra is billed openly rather than hidden in a flat fee or quietly throttled. These are prices for sellers whose own margins are thin, which is the whole point of building for one trade.

Annual is simply the monthly figure × 12. There is no annual discount yet — when there is one, it will be on this page.

Voice add-on, from $99 a month plus per-minute — planned for Year 2. Phone answering and callback capture, for stores and dealers that take calls. It is not built and not available today, and it is on this page as a plan rather than an offer.
These are planning assumptions, not quoted prices. Tora Labs has not yet sold Hiulix to anyone. The plans above are the pricing architecture published in the company's five-year business plan, set deliberately below what a part-time employee costs and above the near-zero cost of doing it yourself, to be tested with the first pilot stores before launch pricing is fixed. They are on this page because publishing the number you intend to charge, before you have charged it, is more useful to a seller than “contact us” — not because they are settled.
Usage

What happens in a busy month.

Conversations are the meter, because they are what the assistant costs to run. December is not March, and a plan that pretends otherwise either overcharges you in the quiet months or throttles you in the busy ones.

  • Your allowance comes with the plan. 500 on Starter, 2,500 on Growth, 10,000 on Pro.
  • Beyond it, roughly $15–$25 per additional 1,000 conversations, depending on plan.
  • Voice minutes. When the voice add-on ships in Year 2 — it has not yet.
  • Usage is visible from day one in your own console, so a spike shows up there before it shows up on an invoice.
Before you ask

Pricing questions, answered plainly.

Can I pilot it first?

Yes — that is the only thing on offer right now. Free pilots of up to 60 days are being run with a small number of stores, in exchange for access to your catalog, regular feedback, and, if the result is good, permission to use it as a case study. The founder handles each one personally.

What do you need from us to start?

Product data in some usable form — a spreadsheet, a store-platform export or a supplier file — plus your warranty, returns and shipping policies written down, and a contact for safety questions. The assistant is only as good as the catalog behind it, so a store with no product data is a store this cannot help yet, and the honest answer then is to say so.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

Standard terms are being finalised alongside the first pilots, and anything a pilot store signs will be short and readable. If a specific term matters to you, ask the assistant and it will pass the question to the founder rather than guess at an answer.

What happens if a busy month blows through the allowance?

The extra is billed at roughly $15 to $25 per additional 1,000 conversations, and the usage is visible in your own console from day one, so a spike shows up there before it reaches an invoice. Caps and alerts are part of what the pilot phase is meant to get right.

Why not just use a general AI chatbot?

You can, and for near zero cost. What you then own is the work: loading the catalog, keeping it current when a supplier or a tariff changes the price, writing the fit and compatibility logic, stopping it answering a question about a burn, and building somewhere for the leads to land. That maintenance is the cost the subscription is meant to absorb, and it is the honest comparison rather than sticker price against zero.

Ask it what your store would cost.

Tell it what you sell and roughly how much traffic you get and it will talk through which plan fits — and say so if none of them do yet.
